Why isn't my Kinnon promo code working?

• The style is excluded. New or limited collections are often left out of promotions.
• The code is for first orders only and your email has ordered before.
• The code has expired. Expired codes are listed at the bottom of this page.

• Free Australian shipping from $50. Almost every bag qualifies.
• International orders ship free from $500; below that it is a flat $20.
• Take the free monogramming instead of paying for personalisation elsewhere, as long as you are happy to keep the item.
• Order before 1 pm AEST on a weekday for same-day dispatch, instead of paying $10 for express.
• Keep the two-year warranty in mind. A faulty item is replaced with postage covered, which matters more on a bag you will use daily than a slightly bigger discount.

Prices on the Kinnon site are in Australian dollars.

• All orders ship from Australia by Australia Post, with tracking.
• Orders placed before 1 pm AEST on a weekday are dispatched the same day. Personalised items take up to two business days.

• Email Kinnon first, then send the item back in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.
• Return postage is at your expense; use a tracked service.
• Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the return arriving.
• Two-year warranty on all items, including personalised ones: a faulty product is replaced or refunded, with postage covered by Kinnon.
