1. Pick an offer above. Click it to reveal the xTool promo code and copy it. Deals without a code are applied through the link, so there is nothing to paste.
2. Fill your cart on xtool.com. Add the machine, materials or accessories you want and open the cart.
3. Go to checkout and find the discount box. On a phone it sits inside the order summary, which is collapsed by default, so tap the summary to open it.
4. Paste the code and press Apply. The order total should drop straight away. If it does not, the code has not been accepted, so do not pay yet.
5. Redeem xPoints if you have them. Signed-in Creator Club members get a separate xPoints section at checkout.

Why isn't my xTool discount code working?

• You are on a different regional store. xTool runs separate storefronts for Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe and Japan. A code issued for the US site will usually be rejected on the others.
• The code is tied to one machine. Many xTool codes apply to a single model or bundle. The terms on each offer card say which.
• Your cart is under the minimum. Some offers need a minimum spend before they switch on.
• It has expired. Expired codes are moved to the bottom of this page; the date we last checked the live ones is shown at the top.
• A stray space came along with the paste. Delete the code, type it in by hand and apply again.

• 60-day price match. If an item you bought on xtool.com gets cheaper within 60 days, you can claim the difference. Take it as a gift card and xTool adds a bonus: $10 extra when the difference is under $100, or 10% extra when it is $100 or more. Lightning deals during big sale events are excluded.
• Creator Club xPoints. Creating an account gives you 200 bonus xPoints and 3% back in xPoints on your first order. After that you earn 1 xPoint per $1 spent, and 50 xPoints are worth $1 at checkout, up to half of your order subtotal.
• Official refurbished machines. xTool sells its own refurbished machines on the US store, and they ship free.
• Reach $89 on materials and accessories. Below $89 shipping is a flat $10; at $89 and above it is free. Adding a pack of material you will use anyway often costs less than the shipping fee.
• Spread the cost. Shop Pay offers four interest-free payments or monthly instalments through Affirm. This is not a discount, but it helps with the larger machines.
• Buying for a school? xTool's Education team works by quote and accepts purchase orders, which is the route to take instead of a public coupon code.
• Book a free demo first. xTool offers a free live product demo, a cheap way to avoid buying the wrong machine and paying a return fee.

• Machines: free US standard shipping, 1–3 business days. Premium 3rd-day delivery is available at extra cost.
• Accessories and materials: $10 flat fee on orders under $89, free on orders of $89 or more.
• Where the US store ships: the United States, New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore. It does not ship to Guam, the US Virgin Islands or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
• Changing the address: contact xTool within 48 hours of ordering. Once a parcel is in transit, an address change can cost $100 or more.

xTool accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but only the first 14 days are free of a service fee, and you pay the return shipping unless the product is defective.

• A machine must have been used for fewer than 50 laser jobs to qualify.
• Materials and filters bought separately cannot be returned.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of xTool receiving the item back.
• Keep the original box; xTool asks for it on returns.
