Why isn't my Lashey Hair promo code working?

• The item is already on sale. Many codes do not combine with sale or buy-one-get-one prices.
• The order is under the minimum. Some offers, such as a free gift, only start above a set order value.
• The code has expired. Expired codes are listed at the bottom of this page.

• Shipping is already free. Lashey advertises free worldwide shipping, so you do not need a shipping code.
• Watch the gift thresholds. The store regularly offers a free accessory above a set order value. In October 2026 it was a free extension holder on orders of $249 or more.
• Ask live chat about stock before paying for speed. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment; made-to-order pieces need 5–7 business days before they ship.
• Spread the cost. Buy-now-pay-later is available at checkout. It is not a discount, but it helps on larger orders.

• In-stock items: delivered by DHL or FedEx within 4–6 business days.
• Made-to-order items: 5–7 business days to make, then 3–5 business days to ship.
• Orders ship Monday to Saturday. Processing takes 1–2 business days whichever shipping option you choose.
• Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the confirmation email.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused: lace uncut, hair unwashed, unaltered and not worn, with all packaging and free gifts included.
• Custom wigs (special length, cap size or colour) are non-refundable unless there is a quality problem.
• For a quality problem, email photos within 7 days of delivery and Lashey arranges a free return or replacement.
• Otherwise you pay the return shipping. US customers can request a prepaid label, and its cost is taken from the refund.
• Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days of the return arriving.
