Why isn't my Momcozy discount code working?

• The item is on clearance. Clearance products are usually excluded from coupon codes, and from the no-reason return policy too.
• The item is a pre-order or a new launch.
• You are on a different country's store. Momcozy runs regional stores with their own promo codes.

• US orders of $24.99 or more ship free; below that the charge is $4.99.
• Watch pre-order launches. Momcozy has offered free extras to early buyers of new products.
• Check your insurance first. Many US health plans cover a breast pump, which beats any discount code.
• Contact support before sending anything back. Returns without prior approval are not accepted.
• Cancel before it ships if you change your mind; that is a full refund with no return postage.

• Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipping.
• Rural addresses can take up to 20 business days.

• 30-day no-reason returns from the date you receive the order.
• Products must be brand new, unused and unopened, with all accessories and free gifts.
• You pay the return shipping; the original shipping fee is not refunded.
• Clearance items and non-Momcozy products are not eligible.
• Email support for approval first. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the return arriving.
• Unused products can also be exchanged within 30 days, for example for a different size.
