Why isn't my CIRCA discount code working?

• The item is a gift set or seasonal collection that the coupon code excludes.
• The order is under the code's minimum spend.
• The code has expired. Expired codes are listed at the bottom of this page.

• Spend $99 on candles for free standard shipping.
• Order diffusers and room sprays together; they pay the $12.95 freight once however many you buy.
• Shop the seasonal collections early. Christmas ranges and advent calendars sell through before a promo code appears.
• Check the parcel on arrival. Damage should be reported straight away.

• Standard shipping: $12.95, or free on orders over $99.
• Express shipping: $15.95 flat rate.
• Direct Freight: $12.95 flat rate. Orders with a liquid fragrance diffuser or a room and linen spray go this way and are not eligible for free or express shipping.
