Why isn't my Bagsmart discount code working?

• A bundle or set discount is already applied. Coupon codes often do not stack with it.
• The code is for another region. The Australian store serves Australia and New Zealand only, and codes from the US site will not work here.
• The code has expired. Expired codes are listed at the bottom of this page.

• Spend AU$60 for free shipping to Australia or New Zealand.
• Build a set. Picking two items together saves 10% without any promo code.
• Watch for gift thresholds. The store has offered free gifts on orders of AU$200 or more.
• Use the 100-day window on suitcases. Luggage can be returned for far longer than other items, so you can test it on a real trip plan.
• Do not refuse a delivery. A rejected parcel has 10% deducted from the refund.

• Australia and New Zealand: free on orders of AU$60 or more; AU$15 below that.
• Timing: 1–2 business days to process and 2–7 to ship; Australian orders average 3–4 business days.
• Luggage to remote Australian postcodes: a AU$50 surcharge applies, and some remote postcodes cannot be served.
• Luggage to New Zealand: AU$30 surcharge on suitcases under 24"; larger suitcases and luggage sets are not shipped to New Zealand.

• 30-day returns on most items; 100 days on suitcases.
• Email the store before sending anything back.
• Items must be in perfect condition with accessories and hangtags.
• You pay return shipping for unwanted items; damaged items are returned at Bagsmart's cost.
• Returns from a buy-one-get-one promotion are refunded pro rata.
• Allow 14 business days for a return to be processed.
